Four-point cortisol testing matters because it gives a complete picture of how your stress hormones are functioning throughout the entire day — not just at one single moment. Unlike a standard blood test that only captures cortisol levels at one point in time, this test measures your cortisol at four key times: morning, midday, afternoon, and night. This helps reveal hidden patterns like adrenal fatigue, burnout, or chronically high cortisol that could be stalling your weight loss, disrupting your sleep, or throwing your hormones out of balance. We will have our first 1:1 session together, in that session we’ll set you up for success with a clear roadmap and full understanding of your next steps. From there, you’ll have Monday–Friday chat support directly with me, so you’re never left guessing. I’ll be by your side every step of the way.
